Our walk across the bridge was planned for yesterday. The water below had white caps a day earlier, and folks Sharon and I spoke with had said it was a cold and blustery trek across the span that day as well. Today was quite a pleasant afternoon. The one thing that surprised me the most today?, there were a heck of a lot of like-minded people coming and going too. It was literally shoulder to shoulder at times--that was fun.
