Days 7-8, Halifax and Fisherman's Cove, NS

As a early teenager living in Dartmouth, I visited Fort George on Citadel Hill in Halifax on occasion. And like Peggy's Cove, I don't remember too much from those days, except at the fort the walls were awfully high, of coarse as a kid, most everything seemed larger. Anyway, with all that aside, Fort George was a fun place to be this time around. And visits to Sackville Landing on Halifax's harbour front, with all its goings-on, to a really neat art gallery at Fisherman's Cove in the Eastern Passage, kind of took care of the rest of the day. And then back to our B and B in Dartmouth to prepare for another travel day tomorrow, this time to Baddeck on Cape Breton Island.
