Above the Badlands of Alberta

I'm in the habit of toting my camera along for the ride while flying in the big bird.  And for good reason--serendipity moments such as these.  And the benefit about photographing from the air is that the ground moves so slowly there is sufficient time to compose.

At the moment I'm  flapping my wings east bound to Regina at 9:43 in the morning, and passing over the Bad Lands of  Alberta, in the Drumheller area.

Despite shooting through a tinted window at a moving target this image turned out  quite clear and defined.
