This has become a popular hike because with this Covid thing going on the city of Calgary and surrounding areas are getting out into the mountains more often.

It is becoming more customary to gather for such photos at our destination point rather than at the parking lot.

HEADING BACK DOWN

Our alternative hike was Pocaterra Cirque which lies under the cliffs of Mount Tyrwhitt and Grizzly Col.
This cirque's trail also leaves from our parking lot.

Seven weeks ago when I was last here the grassy slopes above the trail and to the right were covered in snow.

Today the trail is snowless.

Not so seven weeks ago.
