We are on our way to Ya Ha Tinda, with the majority of our travel time over dirt roads.
My Three Car Mates
It was kind of a dusty trip.
Four other members of our group are in the lead car.
There were times when there was not too much to see expect dust.
Our destination has finally arrived.
The view up Scalp Creek.
I am not sure what the true name of this falls is. One description names it as Ya Ha Tinda Falls while another calls it Big Horn Falls.
Me, Randey, Donna, Keith, Joy, Carol, Wayne, and Navin.
Heading Back
We made our way to the top of the falls.
No, I was not in their face.
This was the couple you had seen in the precious black and white photo adjacent to the top of the falls.
Thinkin. Thinkin.
The majority of the trails in the Ya Ha Tinda area are designed for horse and rider.
We did drive through a portion of this prescribed burn area.
For dinner we pulled into Bearberry for dinner and some social time. But it is a tad wet and cold to sit out on the patio.
So we opted for the inside but still quite cool environment, until Keith took it upon himself to slam shut the patio door.
Back on the road and more interesting cloud formations.
All the weather conditions were set up for a rainbow.
I passed my camera over to Carol who had a more vivid coloured rainbow looking through her back seat window than I did through mine.
Carol passed the camera back over to me just as this scene appeared with the rainbow hovering over a hail covered field.
