FIVE DAYS of MERRIMENT

Actually we only celebrated in the last four of those days, which for all of us was probably enough.
We are not as young as we once were.

My Winnipeg friends have arrived.
Our fourth member is arriving tomorrow from Nordeg.

Friday, November 22

Our friend Carl from Nordeg has arrived in town and it is time to party.

It is always fun to meet up with other fans of like interests, like this couple from Saskatchewan.

After a few brews it was time to move on for another brew or two.

CFL teams in our league have a room to call their own during Grey Cup week, and depending on the door cover charge, in Saskatchewan's case it is $10 (in many other cases it is $20 or more), we'll step in and look around.

I am not a fan of standing in one spot and stretching my neck to check out the action around me . . . no sirree. I am one who likes to wander.

The purpose of this demonstration is to build a tower of blocks and then remove one at a time while keeping the structure sound.

Occasionally I navigate my way back to visit with Miles, Carl, Adrian, and Mavis, a.k.a Miss Martini, just to see how they are managing without me.

Then I am back on the road again.

Paying another visit to home base before I venture off on another tour.

Well our fun has come to an end here, now it's time to seek out new adventures.

Outside the weather is unbelievably pleasant.

Our next stop is probably another watering hole where our nite life will begin.
